Story: When big city detectives refuse to further investigate his kid brother's gang related murder, small town Sheriff Michael Spencer (Luke Goss) drops the badge and goes undercover to find his brother's killer and avenge his death. But will Michael be tempted by the gangster lifestyle, including sexy assassin Anya (AnnaLynne McCord)? Or will he avenge his brother's death and ultimately find out what it means to be 'Blood Out'?

While on a class observation trip at a local mental hospital, young psychology major Abby Jones, has a chilling encounter with high-risk patient, Harmon Porter. She returns home for an evening of normal study with her two roommates unaware of the darkness she's awakened within him. Later that evening a storm moves in, while Harmon escapes leaving a trail of death, as he makes his toward an unsuspecting Abby.
Meanwhile, Abby and her roommate Lynn receive a visit from Carter Thomas, the neighbor cop across the street, warning them about a local peeper lurking in the area. He reassures them that he is close by and as long as they keep their curtains closed and doors locked they are safe. Little do they know, not even Carter can protect them from the rage unleashed by Harmon's newfound obsession, Abby.
Secure in Carter's cocoon of safety, the girls continue studying into the wee hours of the morning seemingly sheltered by the horrific events happening around them. As the girls sleep, the storm takes a turn for the worse, darkening the neighborhood and trapping them in Harmon's web of terror.

Fred M. Andrews is now in post-production on Blood is Blood (formerly Lockjaw), a new creature feature starring Mehcad Brooks ("True Blood"), Serinda Swan ("Supernatural", "Reaper"), Sid Haig (Spider Baby, House of 1000 Corpses), Daniel Bernhardt (The Matrix Reloaded), Amanda Fuller (Red White & Blue ), Dillon Casey ("The Vampire Diaries"), Aaron Hill and Lauren Schneider (Red White & Blue). To give you an early taste of what's to come, Bloody Disgusting was provided with an exclusive look at the first ever teaser trailer that gives us a glimpse at the swamp creature (played by Bernhardt). The pic revolves around a group of family and friends who, en route to New Orleans, are sidetracked in the Louisiana bayou and encounter a monster named Lockjaw who is revered by the locals as a god. Brooks will play a Navy Seal back from the Middle East; Swan will play his fiancee, who is abducted to be the creature's bride. Haig will play a man named Chopper.

The Mortician

The Mortician processes corpses with a steely regard. He is alienated and cold. He feels threatened by his new employee, Noah, who brings the notorious gangster, Carver, to the mortuary door. The Mortician's attention is pricked by the tattoo of Botticelli's 'Birth of Venus' on the body of a murdered young woman, Jenny. A fleeting recognition triggers a sequence of haunting dreams from his childhood. He discovers a scared child, Kane, fleeing the morgue. Carver interrogates him about the whereabouts of the boy. The Mortician witnesses Noah drag Kane into the shadows of a derelict tenement. Forcing him to act, Kane sparks the Mortician's emotional awakening. Emerging from his icy state, the Mortician and Kane become reluctant allies united in their struggle to escape the physical and emotional chains that threaten to imprison them.
